Well, this is unexpected. When you booked an adventure holiday at honest Lou’s trustworthy travel agency, you didn’t quite have this in mind. Now, after two cheap flights and loosing all your luggage at the airport (so much for skipping travel insurance), you finally arrived at your “hotel”, a white colonial house with a boarded door, a mailbox in front of it and no beach in sight. Lou, your travel agent told you that there would be a treasure hunt as the main attraction and your first clue is in the mailbox.
You have inadvertently travelled to
Hawaii the land of Zork. Your first task, as a tourist self proclaimed adventurer is to find the nine hidden treasures scattered throughout the great underground empire.
Credit for Zork goes to Infocom, the company that started the whole interactive fiction genre.
